Yes, First find the cue ID in the library, then enter ID number when submitting or editing a ride. Links to download cue and/or route will automatically be created with link to cue library in the ride listing.

You could also use a free utility such as http://www.primopdf.com/, there are also inexpensive utilities for $20-$50. (google search PDF converter.) Yes only gpx files will be accepted. Most other file types can be converted online or through software that comes with GPS device.
