The BCP Member Directory Information

Q. How do I get a password to access the directory or insert a listing ?

A. The username is printed in the monthly Quick Release, and the password is on your mailing label.
The user name and password are also in the monthly email which members get, containing the Quick Release Website password (and optional attached .pdf file), if they get the QR that way.

The password for the directory is DIFFERENT than the password used to access the monthly newsletter. The directory password remains the same for several months at a time for ease of use, while still limiting access from the outside. If the above instructions still aren't clear, use this form to receive your password if you need to. Allow 24 hours to get back to you.

Q. My password doesn't work. What's wrong?

A. Make certain you're entering both the username and password in lower case letters only. Since the password changes once a year or so, make sure you're using the latest one.

• The password to access the member directory is DIFFERENT than the one you use to access the Quick Release.
  

Q. How do I delete my listing?

A. To fully delete a listing, send an email to directory@phillybikeclub.org. We'll delete your listing as soon as possible.

Q. My new listing or modified listing isn't on the website. Why?

A. The directory is updated every week or so. The changes or entries you make don't appear automatically.

Q. How long will my listing stay on the website?

A. The listings will remain for the current membership year, then be deleted. Each year you will need to re-list yourself anew.
(Actually, the listings just sit there, and are only deleted on request. IF/WHEN someone activates/reactivates the yearly purge and other features, we'll say so)
