BCP and SCU Joint Social Event

Friday Night at the Velodrome Races
When? Friday, August 6
Where? Valley Preferred Cycling Center
(formerly the Lehigh Valley Velodrome), Trexlertown, PA
Time? Ticket windows open at 6:00pm, races begin at 7:30pm.
Happy Hour at the Breakaway Cafe (on-site) begins at 5:30pm.
Cost? General Admission tickets are $5/person at the gate.

Come join your pals in BCP & SCU, united for an evening of fun and exciting track races. This evening's program is called "Tandemonium" -- USA Cycling National Tandem Championship. If you've only seen bike races involving single bikes, these tandem races will be even more exciting to watch. The Racing Schedule is available in detail at: www.thevelodrome.com. If you've never been to the races at the Velodrome, it's a very enjoyable evening, and worth the trip!

Location & Driving Directions: 1151 Mosser Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031 (Trexlertown). Please allow approximately 90 minutes drive time from Philadelphia. There is plenty of parking at the Velodrome.

• Take I-476 North (Northeast Extension of PA Turnpike) to Exit 56 (Lehigh Valley).
• Take Route US-22 West and follow to Exit 49A (PA-100 South).
• Follow PA-100 South past 3rd traffic light & turn right onto US-222 South/PA-100 South.
• Get into left lane and make a left turn at the next traffic light onto Cetronia Road.
• Take the second right turn onto Mosser Road and follow 0.4 miles to the Velodrome, located on the left side of the road.
