  • Pennsylvania Bicycle Driver's Manual This one is released by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. This link was submitted by Leland Mayne who is the President of the Neighborhood Bike Works.  It is entitled Pennsylvania Bicycle Driver's Manual .  It has a forward which provides Sections of Pennsylvania Law which pertain to pedalcycles (a/k/a bicycles) and then it incorporates the article by John S.   • New York Cycle Club Bicycle Accident Survey The New York Cycle Club, a 1,600+ member organization, located in New YorkCity, is conducting a worldwide bicycle accident survey. The results will be published as part of a cycling risk assessment study that will be made freely available to the public at the conclusion of the survey. It is for education and advocacy purposes. The survey contains dozens of data points and its design is streamlined to have folks get through the survey as quickly and efficiently as possible.
