BCP Swap Meet VENDOR SPACE Registration 2004The BCP Bicycle Bazaar/Swap Meet will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2004 from 10 am to 4 pm, rain or shine. The location is the grassy area adjacent to Lloyd Hall, behind the Art Museum on Aquarium Drive. Vendors will need to park your vehicles (after unloading) on a side street. Vendors may set up their tables after 8 am. This event has always been a great opportunity to introduce bike-related products to BCP members and the Philadelphia cycling public. Those of us hooked on cycling are always on the lookout for "just one more" item we need. There is a nonrefundable fee of $40 per space (approximately 10' x 15') for commercial vendors, $30 for private vendors, to help defray our costs. One spot if free to (private) club members. To register, please fill out the form below and mail as directed with a check made out to: The Bicycle Club of Philadelphia. Vendor locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early for the best slots. You may of course reserve more than one space.
